In Journaling Prompts
Judgement is dividing and keeps us separate from ourselves and others. Judgement may make us feel safe in the moment, however, in the long-term, it keeps us from love...loving others and loving ourselves. When we judge others, it's often a way to lessen our own fears of not being enough. When in fact, we are perfect exactly as we are. The same is true for others. We are all perfect exactly as we are. After all, we are all here trying to figure this life out. So, ask yourself...in what ways have you judged yourself or others today? Do you hide your authentic Self out of fear of being judged? If so, in what ways can you incorporate more of your true Self into every day interactions? Can you relax enough to let go of judging others and allow others to be more authentically themselves? If you need more clarity before journaling on this topic, take 5 to 10 minutes to sit quietly and listen to the thoughts and stories that arise. If you feel you need more time than just a few minutes, take a few hours or even a few days when you can observe yourself and your thought process in a way you can truly witness what comes up for you.
