Holy Fire Reiki Master Teacher & Practitioner
For nearly two decades, Becky has led an abundance of group, private, and semi-private yoga sessions and has become well versed in multiple styles along the way. While her affinity encompasses all traditions, she is especially fond of yin for the ways in which it provides ample time for stillness, self-analysis, and for its cultivation of present moment awareness in the practitioner. Becky’s accepting, supportive, and non-judgmental nature immediately puts people at ease and provides the compassion, kindness, and gentle encouragement necessary for authentic growth. In addition to yoga, she is credentialed in energy healing, specifically Holy Fire Reiki and has a growing interest in the therapeutic potential of sound. Her interest in sound therapy has led to the integration of tuning forks, Tibetan singing bowls, crystal sound bowls, and more into her sessions. Becky is committed to her students, to forever being a student herself, and to providing a welcoming and safe space for all to practice in.

The Breath that Illuminated My Path
And Set My Heart Ablaze
I was around the age of 5 when someone took this photograph of me. My little hands were perfectly positioned in the greeting, Namaste, also called the prayer mudra. At that time, in 1985, I had no knowledge of what this greeting actually meant, nor did I know what it would come to mean to me one day. I found this particular pose to be a common thread throughout my childhood photos and I have to wonder, had I known all along that I would one day come to cherish the practice of yoga?
