Hi, I'm Becky.
I'm a Mom, Yoga Teacher, Holy Fire Reiki Practitioner, & the Founder of Blue Feather Wellness. When I'm not in the studio, I'm likely in front of my easel & watercolor paints, spending time with my family, or working towards my certification in Ayurvedic Nutrition. I love summertime in upstate NY, vacationing in the Adirondacks, and walking barefoot in the grass.
I find anything related to yoga, energy, sound healing, & Ayurveda inspirational and igniting. Being able to guide my students into a state of relaxation and into the present moment is one of my favorite aspects of what I do. Watching the day's stress melt away, breath by breath, is something I truly enjoy.
In addition, working with private clients is something I deeply value. Offering gentle encouragement, judgement-free support, and providing unique instruction to bring them closer to their wellness goals is what I do best. For all who choose to work with me, my hope is for them to experience an abiding sense of connection, clarity, inner peace, inspiration, & balance of body, mind, & spirit.
