Hi, I'm Becky.
I'm a Mom, Yoga Teacher, Holy Fire Reiki Practitioner, & the Founder of Blue Feather Wellness.
I've been studying yoga for over 20 years and still find myself excited and inspired by the tradition. Over the years, I've come to learn that yoga is so much more than just the physical postures and fitness; it's a way of life that teaches us how to treat ourselves & others with love, kindness, empathy, & respect. Yoga also provides us with the necessary tools to live in the present moment while cultivating an authentic, balanced, and full life.
In the group setting, each class is thoughtfully designed with all levels in mind. Practitioners are provided with the right amount of gentle encouragement, clear cues on proper alignment, and modifications to make each posture accessible for all.
In addition to group yoga offerings, private sessions are available upon request and are tailored to the individual and to their unique wellness goals. Holistic healing treatments may also be booked at any time by emailing me. These types of sessions include energy and sound healing and serve to "lighten & smooth out" the energetic field. They can reduce chronic stress, help to manage pain, and remove unwanted energetic blockages that may be preventing us from living our best life.
Blue Feather Wellness will always be a safe, welcoming, and judgement free sanctuary for all to practice and heal in. My hope, for all who choose to work with me, is for them to experience an abiding sense of connection, clarity, inner peace, inspiration, & balance of body, mind, & spirit.
