Kid's Yoga | Play, Peace, & Poses (Ages 5-8)

Practicing yoga benefits the entire body, mind, & spirit of a child. Your child will experience basic & challenging yoga poses, partner poses, group poses, yoga games, mindfulness activities, music, & stories. 

While moving through various yoga poses, your child will learn to stretch their bodies in new & creative ways and learn breathing and visualization techniques that teach focus, relaxation and self-control. 

The week-long program, Play, Peace, & Poses, will help your child build strength, flexibility, coordination, self-awareness, self-confidence, cooperation, relaxation, respect for others, and love for one's self (inside & out!).
